The staff was exceptionally friendly, going out of their way to ensure comfort. a power strip was provided for my gadgets that eased my tech fears. Fantastic location near MRT and eating spots is a major plus.

Communication issues created frustration!!! It's inconvenient that local taxi protocols weren't communicated, causing unnecessary detours!!! The cramped conditions make it difficult for two people with luggage to navigate comfortably!!!

Our stay was enhanced by the fantastic location, just steps away from both the vibrant Little India and Rocher MRT. The hotel had a cozy vibe which made it perfect for us, especially traveling with two teenagers who enjoyed the nearby food options.

I stayed in a Standard Single Room for 3 nights, and it was super cozy! The low-key vibe was nice, plus, it was quiet even being near the bar/lounge. The clean room made coming back each night feel good. The only downside? The bathroom was pretty small, typical for Singapore hotels. But the MRT station just steps away was a lifesaver for exploring.
